In App Purchase

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the In App Purchase mobile application (the "Service") operated by J3 Interactive ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of J3 Interactive and its licensors.

You retain ownership of the photos you upload and the anime-style images generated by the Service ("Generated Images"). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the Generated Images solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or generate content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

We reserve the right to terminate your account for violating any of the prohibited uses.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms.

5. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. In App Purchase uses artificial intelligence to generate images, which may not always be accurate, consistent, or meet your expectations. We make no warranties as to the performance, reliability, or results of the Service.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms of Service on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
